Joseph Gabriel

Joseph Gabriel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joseph started their career as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Verizon Wireless in 2004. Joseph then progressed through various roles, including Manager - IT, Associate Director, and Distinguished Member of Application Staff. During their time at Verizon Wireless, Joseph collaborated with cross-functional teams, led matrix teams, and made presentations to upper management. Joseph was responsible for staying updated with emerging technology and industry trends. Joseph also led initiatives to improve user experience, reduce call handle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

In 2017, Joseph became an Independent Consultant, where they worked as a Senior IT Consultant until 2020. Joseph provided IT consulting services and brought their expertise to different projects.

Since 2019, Joseph has been working at iCIMS. Joseph first joined as a BA IV and later transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Technical Product Manager.
