Justine Depalma

Justine DePalma is an experienced marketing and design professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Marketing and Design Manager at The Durham Museum and a Freelance Graphic Designer for The Doherty Group Limited since June 2024, Justine's career includes significant roles such as Senior Design Manager at iCIMS since May 2017, where the oversight of an award-winning in-house design team and the management of various creative projects were key responsibilities. Justine previously held leadership positions at Whole Foods Market, significantly enhancing productivity during a period of growth, and at Big Apple Circus, where the establishment of the first in-house design studio was initiated. Early career experiences include graphic design roles at The New York Botanical Garden and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Brooklyn College.
