Lauren Bonfiglio has a diverse professional background in customer success, account management, and customer service roles. Currently holding a position as Principal Customer Success Manager at iCIMS, Lauren also has experience working as a Senior Customer Care Specialist and Account Manager. Prior to their current role, Lauren worked at MetTel as an Enterprise Account Manager and Customer Service representative.
