Michelle Popovici

Michelle Popovici has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michelle is currently working at iCIMS as the Director, Office of the COO and Chief of Staff since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Manager and Manager of Technical Support from 2021 to 2022 and from 2019 to 2021 respectively. Michelle started their journey at iCIMS as an Associate Manager of Technical Support from 2018 to 2019.

Before joining iCIMS, Michelle worked at IntraMed Educational Group as the Speaker Bureau Manager from 2016 to 2018. Michelle gained previous experience at L&M Healthcare Communications, where they held various roles such as Manager of the Speakers' Bureau from 2014 to 2016, Senior Program Coordinator from 2013 to 2014, and Program Coordinator from 2012 to 2013.

Michelle began their career at Allstate as an Insurance Producer from 2009 to 2012.

Michelle Popovici completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration from Middlesex College in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a license in Property & Casualty from George Weiss Insurance School in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained certifications in various fields, including Learning Program Management, Creating a Program Strategy, Project Management Foundations: Requirements, Project Management Starts with Laying Good Ground Rules, Executive Leadership, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact, and Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization. These certifications were acquired from LinkedIn, with the most recent being in February 2022.
