Robyn Payne has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Robyn is currently working at iCIMS as part of the Strategic Accounts team. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they worked at DISCO as a Sales Leader and Sales Coach, where they played a crucial role in driving revenue by coaching and developing field and inside sellers. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at eightfold.ai as the Director of Strategic Account Sales, focusing on generating new business and expanding partnerships with Fortune 100 accounts. Before that, from 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director of Strategic Account Sales at HireVue, where they focused on key account expansion and retention.

From 2015 to 2018, Robyn worked at Deloitte as the Director of Business Development, HR Technology, where they collaborated with HR tech vendors and Josh Bersin to understand and address the needs of the HR buyer. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Boot Campaign, including Chief Executive Officer, where they worked towards supporting veterans and their families. In 2012, they served as the Vice President of Sales & Alliances at Acertiv before its acquisition by a major player in the HCM Tech space.

Their earlier experiences include roles such as Sr. Director of Consulting Sales & Partnerships at Verifications, Inc., RVP of Sales at PVI Solar, and Sales Coach & Trainer at Baker Communications. Throughout their career, Robyn has demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, account management, business development, and strategic planning.

Robyn Payne attended Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Communications.
