Stephanie Sansone, SHRM-CP, has a solid and diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Beginning in 2011 with Foster McKay, they served as a Junior Recruiter for over two years. Following this, they joined Weichert, Realtors in 2014 as a Senior Recruiting Specialist for nearly two years.

In 2016, Stephanie moved to iCIMS where they held multiple roles. Stephanie started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one year before being promoted to the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, which they held for almost two years. From 2019 to 2022, Stephanie served as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support to the organization.

Currently, Stephanie is the Director of Talent Programs and Operations at iCIMS, a position they have held since November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for implementing global HR programs, policies, and processes while partnering with the Talent organization on strategic priorities. Additionally, Stephanie manages a Tier 1 support team and leads the rollout of key people processes within the organization.

Stephanie Sansone, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, which they completed in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Planning & Public Policy from Rutgers University in 2010. Stephanie has also obtained various certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2022, the Targeted Selection Interviewer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in January 2017, and the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification from AIRS.
