Steven Graham

Steven Graham is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in architecting and developing scalable systems. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer - Architect at iCIMS since January 2024, Steven previously held the role of Principal Engineer - Team Lead at House Rx from July 2022 to January 2024, where notable achievements included orchestrating a scalable domain-driven architecture for a SaaS pharmacy management system that achieved a tenfold performance increase. Steven's tenure at iCIMS from April 2016 to July 2022 involved designing significant products, including an enterprise-scale interview scheduling system, as well as building scalable microservices. Prior experience spans various organizations such as UNOMICEDGE, PierceMatrix, EOIR Technologies, and MaxFlight Corporation, demonstrating a solid foundation in front-end development, UX architecture, and mentorship. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kean University, earned in 2006.
