Tiffany Chan has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Tiffany started their career in 2018 as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. In 2020, they worked as a Pharmacy Extern at Colts Neck Pharmacy and then as a Pharmacy Intern at The Wellness Center Pharmacy.
In 2021, Tiffany shifted their focus towards user experience design and research. Tiffany worked as a User Experience Design Intern at iCIMS and as an HCI Research Assistant at Rutgers University School of Communication and Information.
In 2022, they continued their design journey with an internship at Openly as a Product Design Intern. Tiffany then joined iCIMS as an Associate Product Designer and later transitioned to the role of a Product Designer.

Tiffany Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in September 2021, Advance Your Skills as a User Experience Researcher from LinkedIn in August 2021, Social/Behavioral/Epidemiologic Research Investigators and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research from the CITI Program in June 2021, and Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate, and UX Foundations: Research from Google and LinkedIn in April 2021.
