Luka Dimitrov is a Senior Energy Market Reporter at ICIS, specializing in coverage of the CEE/Italy power markets with a focus on Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and the Balkan region. Previously, Luka has experience in project finance news reporting, MTNs, Schuldscheine, and European private debt at various companies such as Thomson Reuters and mtn-i. Luka holds a Master's degree in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.
