Hagay Horev

Hagay Horev is an experienced professional in operations and process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Operations at ICL Industrial Products since December 2023. Prior to this role, Hagay spent over two decades at ICL Group, where various positions included Chief Process Engineer, Director of Ecology and Infrastructure, Lean and Operational Excellence Methodology Global Expert, and Production Manager, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University of Israel and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2002.
