Oya B. is an accomplished business development and marketing professional with extensive experience in the textile and sustainable materials industry. Currently, Oya serves as Senior Manager for Business Development & Marketing at ICL Industrial Products, focusing on the market entry of TextiMag®, a magnesium-based finishing for activewear. Previous roles include Commercial Consultant for LaVeg, a certified B Corp brand offering a sustainable leather substitute, and Business Development Consultant for UMORFIL®, a circular viscose fiber made from fish scales. Oya has also held senior positions at Renewcell and Grasim Industries Limited, where responsibilities included promoting responsible viscose fibers and integrating sustainable practices across brands and retailers. With a strong background in sales and management at leading companies like Lenzing Group and A&O Textiles, Oya has cultivated a robust network across Europe and the Far East.
