Carol Fletcher has extensive experience in supply chain management and customer service within the shipping industry. Since May 2003, Carol has served as the Supply Chain Services Manager for Independent Container Line (ICL) in the UK and Ireland, focusing on aligning cargo and sales forecasts, managing relationships with supply chain partners, and controlling costs to meet customer service objectives. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Customer Services Representative at ICL, launching an LCL service from the UK to the US, and as an Inside Sales Representative promoting ICL’s services. Carol also gained relevant experience at Atlantic Container Line, handling export customer services with a specialization in shipping hazardous materials. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Maritime Business & Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
