Pablo Augusto

Pablo Augusto has a wealth of work experience. Pablo began their career in 2007 with Johnson & Johnson, where they held multiple roles, including Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager, Quality & Compliance Coordinator, Gold International Trainee, New Products Project Manager for JnJ Consumer Mexico, Procurement Category Buyer - Indirect Materials & Services - Cross Sector, Process Improvement Engineer for JnJ Medical Brazil, Regional External Manufacturing QA Trainee, Engineering Intern, and Manufacturing Intern. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Zappts, a website found at www.zappts.com. In 2015, they founded and became CEO of Zmiles (Loyaltytech pivot to iClubs), and in 2020 they founded and became CEO of iClubs, a website found at www.iclubs.tech.

Pablo Augusto has an extensive educational background. Pablo began by completing an Electronics Technician program at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 1996 to 1998. In 2001, they graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel, with a major in Electronics and emphasis in Telecommunications. Pablo then obtained a Post Graduation in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2012, and a Post Graduation in Finance and Controlling from INPG Business School in 2013. In 2010, they received a Certification in ISO 9001:2008 - Lead Auditor from Bureau Veritas. In 2017, they completed the Stanford Ignite Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Pablo also completed the Design Thinking for Leading and Learning program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017. Finally, they are currently enrolled in the Stanford Rebuild program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and the Customer Loyalty: A Strategic Approach program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
