Marek Połącarz is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Plant Engineering Engineer at Nemak since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing CAPEX projects, preparing machine specifications, and providing technical support for the Purchasing Department. Prior roles include Automation Engineer at Agamon II, where Marek dealt with maintenance and modifications in various industry sectors, and Electrician at P.H.U. ZIBI, focusing on electrical cabinet prefabrication and equipment relocation. Additional experience includes positions at Marelli and Eaton, contributing to autonomous maintenance and machine troubleshooting. Marek holds a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Robotics from Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski, alongside a technical diploma in Mechatronics.
