Janet L. Kendall

Janet L. Kendall currently serves as the Head of Relationship Management (East) at MissionSquare Retirement since September 2025. Previously, Janet held various leadership roles at TIAA from June 2013 to 2025, including Managing Director, Market Leader - Retirement Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams for institutional and retail clients across several northeastern states, and directing client satisfaction teams in Boston and Rhode Island. Prior to TIAA, Janet worked at ING from 2001 to 2012 as Vice President in Premier Client Relationships and Strategic Marketing, focusing on national accounts and marketing strategies for defined contribution plans. Janet’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College.
