Clark Kimerer

Clark Kimerer is a facilitator-SME at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, providing expertise on homeland security and disaster response. Clark also serves as a Research Fellow at ICMA and is the Board Chair at DESC. Additionally, Clark holds leadership positions on the boards of NAPS-G and John Jay College. Previously, Clark was an Assistant Chief at the Seattle Police Department and worked as a Policy Advisor on the BJA National Body-worn Camera Program. Kimerer holds a BA in Classics from St. John's College and has completed various certificates and training programs.
