Jeff Parks

Jeff Parks is an experienced individual who serves as an Instructor and Facilitator at ICMA, where Jeff provides workshops on Organizational and Team Excellence. Additionally, Jeff is the President of Performance Breakthroughs, Inc., focusing on building High Performance Organizations, Teams, and Individuals. Jeff has also been an Adjunct Instructor at George Mason University and previously served as the Director of Training, Performance Improvement, and Leader Development at the U.S. Coast Guard HQ.
