Michelle Crandall

Michelle Crandall serves as the Chief Member Services Officer at the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of City Manager for the City of Hilliard, Ohio, from January 2020 to July 2025. Michelle's extensive experience in municipal management also includes serving as Assistant City Manager, Interim Deputy City Manager, and Director of Administrative Services for the City of Dublin, Ohio, between January 2005 and December 2019. Additionally, Michelle was a member of the ICMA Executive Board from October 2010 to September 2013. Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Wittenberg University.
