Matthew Stuckey

Matthew Stuckey has held various roles throughout their career. In 2004, they began working as a Special Investigator at USIS. Matthew then moved on to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in 2007, where they served as the Compliance Unit Lead. In this role, they managed case workloads, acted as a subject matter expert, and assisted in the development of policies and procedures. In 2008, they joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, initially as a Senior Program Analyst and later as a Senior Strategic Risk Specialist. Here, they managed contracts, facilitated the operations of the DHS Risk Steering Committee, and provided risk analysis and assessment advice. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Manager. In this role, they served as an Engagement Manager for various contracts, including with the National Institutes of Health and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, where they led operational control assessments and provided IT PMO support. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Donor Egg Bank USA, before moving on to their current position as the Vice President of the Business Management Division at Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS) in 2017.

Matthew Stuckey has a solid educational background, with degrees and certifications in diverse areas. Matthew obtained their MBA in Management & Strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, Matthew achieved a BA in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, which they attended from 1999 to 2004.

Before their university studies, Matthew graduated with a High School Diploma from Bible Baptist School, where they completed their education from 1986 to 1999.

In addition to their degrees, Matthew Stuckey holds several valuable certifications.
