Previously, Kelly held positions such as Customer Sales Associate Lead at Pandora, Assistant Manager at La Senza, Operations Manager at Red Bull, and Supply Chain Manager at Puratos and Clarins Group. Kelly has also worked at A. Menarini Singapore Pte Ltd, General Mills, Elizabeth Arden, and Pfizer in various supply chain roles. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fontbonne University and has completed additional business and management certificates from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
