Jeffrey LaFave

Jeffrey LaFave has a strong background in business development and sales, particularly within the life science and healthcare industries. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at iCoachFirst, where they are responsible for a coaching and training platform for the life science industry. Prior to this, LaFave held the position of Vice President of Business Development/Partnerships at Chamberlain University/Adtalem Global Education from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Chamberlain University, LaFave worked at Zoetis Inc. from 2012 to 2019, serving as the Area Director for the Diagnostics division. In this role, they developed and maintained strong business relationships with customers in the veterinary industry.

From 2006 to 2012, LaFave worked as a Senior Molecular Sales representative at Cepheid, where they demonstrated expertise in molecular sales. Prior to this, they were a Molecular Sales representative at Digene Corporation from 2003 to 2006. In this role, they successfully launched HPV testing and instrumentation into the clinical laboratory market.

Jeffrey LaFave attended Central Michigan University from 1975 to 1979. Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing during their time at the university.
