Nancy O'Connor

Nancy O'Connor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nancy began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they were responsible for class preparation and conducting research. Nancy then joined TalentFirst as a Senior Consultant and Director of Corporate Solutions, managing various projects related to competency modeling, psychometric behavioral models, leadership development, and team building programs. In 2013, they worked at Tiffany & Co. as a Manager of Training and Development. In 2014, Nancy started their own consulting firm named N. O'Connor Consulting, where they provided executive coaching and talent management consulting services. Nancy later re-joined TalentFirst as a Director of Corporate Solutions, focusing on organizational development needs. Nancy's work experience showcases their expertise in areas such as leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.

Nancy O'Connor completed their Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Nancy pursued this education from the year 2000 until 2006.
