Vasilis Sigalas

Vasilis Sigalas is currently the Head of Growth & Operational Excellence at iCOMAT, where a team focuses on advancing composite manufacturing through patented technologies that enable innovative designs and geometries. Previously, Vasilis held multiple leadership roles at Dialectica over a decade, including Co-Head of Private Equity EMEAA and Vice President of Strategy Consulting & Private Equity EMEA. Early professional experience includes serving as Public Relations Manager for the Hellenic Navy and a Mechanical Engineer at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co Inc. Vasilis holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and has a strong educational background from institutions in Greece and France.
