Dave T. is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations & OPEX at ICON AEROSPACE LLC and as Owner & CEO of P-2-P Consulting LLC. Previously, Dave held significant roles, including GM/President at TAT Piedmont, where leadership was provided to manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain teams while ensuring compliance with governing regulations. At Volvo Trucks, Dave led a large workforce to meet strategic production and efficiency targets. Additionally, Dave’s tenure at B/E Aerospace involved progressive leadership roles culminating in oversight of global operations and continual improvement initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a focus on quality and inspection at Toyota North America.
