Sam Cairns

Sam Cairns is an experienced professional in the field of production and account management, currently serving as Head of Production at Icon Agency since February 2017. Throughout the tenure at Icon Agency, Sam has also held positions as Lead Producer, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. Prior to this role, Sam worked at Open from August 2013 to October 2016 as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, and began the career at VCCP Health from 2012 to July 2013 as an Account Coordinator. Sam holds a degree in Human Physiology and Biomedical Science from the University of Leeds, completed in 2011.
