Anele Hlongwane

Anele Hlongwane is a seasoned production professional with extensive experience in various roles within the film and animation industry. Currently serving as a Senior Production Coordinator at ICON Creative Studio since January 2023, Hlongwane previously held positions at Triggerfish Animation Studios, including Production Manager and Production Coordinator, from February 2019 to December 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at Prim-U, freelance work as a Production Assistant, and managing operations at KTOB Solutions. Hlongwane also contributed as a juror for the Encounters Documentary Film Festival and worked as a waiter at Springboks Pub and Restaurant. Hlongwane is pursuing a Bachelor's degree specializing in Film Production and Producing at the University of Cape Town, building on a foundation established at South African College Schools with a Matric Certificate.
