Katharina Garcia

Katharina Garcia is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in animation and software engineering. Since January 2018, Katharina has been with ICON Creative Studio, progressing from Junior Animator to Animator and currently serving as Lead Animator. Prior to this role, Katharina freelanced as a 3D Animator for independent shorts and games from January 2016 to December 2017. Earlier career highlights include serving as Lead Software Engineer at Inovacode RFID Solutions from January 2013 to December 2015 and working as a System Engineer and Database Administrator at CESAR from January 2011 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Character Animation from Animation Mentor (2014-2016), a Professional 3D Animation degree from ArtAcademia (2013-2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UFSCar (2008-2011).
