Jamie Tormena

Jamie Tormena has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They started their career as an Accounts Receivable at Richmond Monroe Group in 1997. Later, they worked as a Call Center Reservations Agent at Princess Cruises in 1998.

In 2001, Jamie joined Westsound Bank as a Customer Service Representative and Head Teller. They were responsible for conducting various banking transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and conducting research for customers and the bank.

Jamie then moved on to eHarmony.com as a Customer Care Representative in 2006. They provided excellent customer service through phone and email support, as well as handled sensitive products. They also assisted with data entry and photo editing for different departments.

From 2007 to 2011, Jamie worked at Russ Reid Company as a Senior Data Control Specialist. They managed data-related project management responsibilities, coordinated with internal departments and outside vendors for direct mail production, and provided leadership and training to department staff.

In 2011, Jamie took on the role of an Apartment Manager at Alhambra Units. They were responsible for managing the operations of a 6-unit apartment complex, including lease preparation, rent collection, maintenance, and resident support.

From 2012 to 2013, Jamie worked at RCD as part of the Administration/Construction team. They researched legalities, assisted in obtaining necessary licenses for new home healthcare businesses, and coordinated design and budgets for project completion.

Lastly, Jamie joined Icon Media Direct in 2014 as a Data Management Coordinator. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified, but they have been with the company since then.

Jamie Tormena began their education in 2009 at Pasadena City College, where they pursued studies in Business Management & Psychology. They attended this institution until 2010. In 2011, Jamie briefly attended Rio Hondo College, continuing their studies in Business Management & Psychology. However, no degree was obtained during their time at these institutions.
