Jeff Bailes

Jeff is the master of relationships and analytics which is a rare and perfect combination for what he does at Icon. Before he joined Icon in 2006, he worked for global media agencies like Initiative and DDB. He now serves as the backbone and the front man for the Client Service operations. He provides strategic guidance and encourages his teams to push the envelope and is involved in every client relationship, big or small.
