Brian Mayle

Brian Mayle is the Senior Loan Originator at Icon Realty Capital. Brian has over ten years of experience in the sales industry, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Brian started their career in the automotive industry, working their way up to Sales Manager and Internet Sales Manager at two different dealerships. In 2009, they transitioned into the financial industry with Primerica, where they sold life insurance for two years.

In 2013, Brian found their niche in energy efficiency when they became a State Certified Lighting & Energy Efficiency Auditor with Efficienct Lighting Consultants. Brian then became a CT State Certified Energy Consultant & Project Manager with JK Energy Resources in 2015, where they worked on comprehensive energy projects that were backed and funded by Energize CT and other programs. Brian saved their clients thousands of dollars a year with no money out of pocket by improving their lighting, HVAC, insulation, and solar systems.

In 2018, Brian left JK Energy Resources to become the Senior Loan Originator at Icon Realty Capital. In this role, they are responsible for originating and closing real estate loans for the company. Brian has closed over $100 million in loans since joining Icon Realty Capital, and they are one of the top loan originators in the company.

Brian Mayle is a professional aviator who attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Brian Mayle reports to Jon Cruz, Managing Director, Private Debt Division. Brian Mayle works with Colin Eckel - Transaction Manager, Chris Bell - Draw Manager, and Anthony Simon - Lead Underwriter.
