Eustace Mita Jr. currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ICONA Resorts since July 2018, bringing extensive experience in automotive management from prior roles including General Manager at Audi Turnersville and Toyota of Turnersville. Eustace held general management positions at Honda of Turnersville and BMW of Tenafly, along with serving as Managing Director at Achristavest and Director of Sales Operations at Penske Auto Group. Eustace began a career in customer service management at Ecount, where efforts contributed to the establishment of a 24-hour call center for debit card inquiries. Eustace earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management and attended Malvern Prep for secondary education.
