Adam Pashaian has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Adam started their career as a Staff Accountant at Duffy, Kruspodin & Company, LLP in 2011, where they provided financial guidance and services to individuals and businesses. In 2013, they joined Wedgewood Enterprise Corporation as a Division Controller, contributing to the company's growth in distressed residential real estate. In 2015, Adam became the Director of Revenue Accounting at Marcus & Millichap, a provider of investment real estate brokerage services. Adam then worked at Patch of Land from 2018 to 2020 as a Corporate Controller, helping to develop the real estate marketplace lender's lending solutions. Adam's most recent position was as a Corporate Controller at The Boring Company from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on solving traffic congestion issues through innovative tunneling technology. Adam has now joined ICON as a Corporate Controller.
Adam Pashaian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cornell University. Adam also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
