Hayes McKibben

Hayes McKibben has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Hayes started as an Engineer Intern at S.K. Rogers Oil Inc. in 2015 and worked there until 2016. In 2017, they joined Young Life Brazos Valley as a Volunteer Team Leader Staff and served in that role until 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Land Development Intern at Spiars Engineering for a brief period. From 2020 to 2021, Hayes McKibben worked as a Water Resources Planning and Stormwater Intern/Co-op at Freese and Nichols. Following that, they joined the same company as a Stormwater Management Engineer In Training (EIT) in 2021 and continued in that role until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Project Manager at ICON, starting their work in 2022.

Hayes McKibben completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University between the years 2016 and 2020.
