Holly Nava

Holly Nava has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Holly most recently worked at ICON as a Senior UX Designer. Prior to that, they worked at DUST Identity as a Senior UX Researcher and Designer, where they focused on product research and design for identification tagging and securing the supply chain. Holly also worked at Robots and Pencils as a UX Researcher and Designer, leading product research and design activities across industries such as retail, education, gaming, and transportation.

Holly has also served as a Senior UX Designer at Toastmasters International, where they worked on improving the user experience and onboarding process. Holly was also a UX Designer at Monigle, where they partnered with clients to create brand management websites.

Earlier in their career, Holly worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Atkins, where they managed digital marketing platforms and implemented successful employee engagement programs. Holly also worked at The Shaw Group and Cherry Creek International in advertising, brand management, and graphic design roles.

Holly started their career as a Marketing and Public Information Designer at City of Fort Collins Utilities.

Holly Nava obtained a Certificate in User Experience (UX) Design from Designlab from the year 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design and Computer Science from Colorado State University, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Holly received a Diploma from Highland High School in 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Scrum Master from Scrum.org in October 2018, and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in November 2018.
