Tara O'Neill Diaz

Tara O'Neill Diaz, General Counsel at iconectiv, is responsible for the global legal affairs of the company. Diaz joined iconectiv, then Bellcore, in 1997 and held several positions in the legal department, including Executive Director of Contract Management and Senior Counsel. In these roles, she worked closely with the Interconnection Solutions Business in the negotiation and execution of contracts and the establishment of foreign entities to support the delivery of its products and services globally.

Diaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham College at Lincoln Center, where she graduated summa cum laude, a J.D from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
