Karla Hess

Karla Hess is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Iconex, an M2S Group Company, since November 2024. In this role, Karla partners with business leaders to foster a positive workplace and oversees various HR functions, including talent management and development. Prior to Iconex, Karla worked at Adecco Staffing, USA, for two decades, where responsibilities included directing branch operations and leading sales and business development efforts as a Human Resources/Branch Manager. Additionally, Karla held positions as a Senior Recruiter at BioLife Plasma Services and as a Medical and Donor Coordinator. Karla is an alumnus of Missouri Southern State University.
