Andrew Bowell

Andrew Bowell is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Iconic since December 2025, Andrew previously held various influential positions at Unity from August 2015 to December 2025, including Head of Technology Strategy in the CTO Office and Managing Director for Unity Technologies ApS in Denmark. During Andrew's tenure, Unity achieved significant growth and innovation, notably leading product management teams and defining strategic roadmaps. Prior to Unity, Andrew spent over 15 years at Havok, ultimately serving as Head of Product Management, where innovative business models were developed to expand revenue streams. Andrew holds multiple degrees from Trinity College Dublin, including a Master of Science in Computer Science and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
