AJ Fusco

AJ Fusco is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in workforce platforms and labor markets. In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of Site Worker, a workforce platform dedicated to the clean energy sector. From 2019-2022, they served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Humble Talent, a full-time and temporary labor provider for the electric vehicle, energy storage, high voltage, hydro, solar and wind sectors. From 2014-2019, they were Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Creative Talent Management, a digital workforce marketplace with an exclusive network of the top creative, marketing, eCommerce and technology talent.

AJ Fusco attended Villanova University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.
