Fred Santos

Fred Santos has worked in various positions in the entertainment industry since 1994. Fred began as a Senior Operations Manager at AMC Theatres and later joined ArcLight Cinemas as a Film Buyer/Director of Programming and Communications. During their time at ArcLight, they redesigned the trailer request process and the planning of lobby displays and promotions. In 2011, they joined Cinedigm as the Director of Theatrical Sales and Exhibitor Relations, where they led the nationwide sales efforts for all theatrical titles. Fred then started their own consultancy firm, Fred Santos Consulting, in 2016, where they provided consultation services to independent and mid-sized film distributors in the areas of distribution strategy, execution, and marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Sales and Distribution at Iconic Events, which began in 2023.

Fred Santos obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from California State University, Fullerton from 1992 to 1996.
