Dominik Poiger, CFA

Dominik Poiger, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dominik is currently working at Deutsche Digital Assets, where they hold the position of Chief Product Officer. Prior to this, they were the Head of ETP Product Management at the same company.

Before joining Deutsche Digital Assets, Dominik served as the VanEck Crypto ETP/ETF Product Manager at VanEck from 2020 to 2021. Dominik also worked at VanEck as an ETF Trader and Portfolio Manager from 2017 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Dominik worked as a Portfolio Manager at Tungsten Capital Management GmbH from 2014 to 2017. Dominik gained consulting experience as a Consultant at PwC from 2012 to 2013.

Dominik started their professional journey as an Intern at Commerzbank AG in the Debt Capital Markets Origination F.I. division in 2011. Dominik also interned at J.P. Morgan Asset Management during the same year.

Their career began in 2008 as an Intern at Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Throughout their various roles, Dominik Poiger has honed their expertise in product management, trading, portfolio management, and consulting, making him a well-rounded professional in the finance industry.

Dominik Poiger, CFA obtained a Dipl. oec. in Business Sciences from the University of Hohenheim, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Dominik also participated in a non-degree exchange program in Finance at the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2010. Prior to attending the University of Hohenheim, they completed a pre-degree in Business Administration at Universität des Saarlandes from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their educational qualifications, Dominik Poiger, CFA has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in August 2016.
