Lourdes M. Diaz-Balart, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lourdes M. is currently the VP/Head of Sales for the Americas at ICONIC LONDON. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Brand Manager at BOXYCHARM from 2018 to 2021. Lourdes also served as an Account Executive- LATAM at Salvatore Ferragamo from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Salvatore Ferragamo, they had an extensive tenure at L'Oréal, where they held positions such as Senior Division Controller, Marketing Controller, and Assistant Controller from 2011 to 2016.

Lourdes started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an External Auditor from 2009 to 2011, where they gained experience in operational and financial audits, internal controls, and substantive testing. Lourdes M. also worked as an External Auditor at Sharff, Wittmer, Kurtz, Jackson & Diaz P.A. in 2008.

Additionally, Lourdes has been an active member of ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America since 2004. Lourdes M. also had internship experiences at PwC as an External Auditor Intern in 2008 and at Ernst & Young as a Forensic Accounting Intern in 2007.

Lourdes M. Diaz-Balart, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Accounting degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida International University. Lourdes M. pursued their education in this field from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Lourdes also obtained two certifications. In May 2011, they achieved the Certified Public Accountant certification from DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation). Furthermore, in April 2015, Lourdes also acquired the Real Estate Sales Associate certification from DBPR.
