Paul Tangirrala

Paul Tangirrala is a seasoned leader in the consulting and technology sectors, serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of Iconium Consulting Group Ind Pvt Ltd since November 1999. Iconium Consulting is recognized for its recruitment solutions across South East Asia, the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Managing Director at Lapsys Infotech from 2006 to 2010, where Paul focused on delivering IT solutions to various organizational sectors. Their career also includes a role as Director at Qualltek Solutions P Ltd from November 1996 to October 1999, overseeing resource requirements for IT companies in India. Paul holds a degree in Economics from the University of Madras and a Master’s in Personal Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis International University.
