Derrik Deyhimi

Derrik Deyhimi has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Derrik is the Founder and CEO of Iconixx Software, where they have been since 2010. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner of KBH Capital, where they made technology investments through their private capital fund.

In 2016, Deyhimi worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Policyowners' Examining Committee Member.

Before their role at Iconixx Software, Deyhimi held several positions at Moxie Software, Inc., including Vice President. Moxie Software acquired both Iconixx Consulting and nCent Software from Deyhimi. Derrik also founded nCent Software, a SaaS software company that automated the sales compensation process.

Earlier in their career, Deyhimi was the Founder and CEO of Iconix Consulting, which they grew to $40 million in revenue and 200 consultants within 4 years. The company was later acquired by Moxie Software.

Derrik also served as the President and CEO of Iconix Group, where they oversaw the Western Region and was in charge of all operations west of the Mississippi River. Iconix Group acquired EnterpriseWorks, a company founded by Deyhimi.

Derrik Deyhimi's education history began with their high school diploma from Taylor High School, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy at The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1989. Derrik then enrolled at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from 1989 to 1991, focusing on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Management. From 1992 to 1993, Derrik continued their studies towards a Master's degree in Computer Science at Columbia University.
