Terry Foster

Terry Foster has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Terry started their career in 1998 as the Owner of Tetraquest Technologies, where they managed the software development life cycle of a Facilities Management software. Terry also managed sales and marketing, billing, and accounts receivable. In 1998, they began working as a Client Developer at American Century Investments, where they acted as a Technical Architect and contributed to the selection, installation, development, and maintenance of an integrated facilities management system. In 2001, they began working as an Application Architect and Lead Reporting Developer for Sprint, where they were responsible for day-to-day project management, overall system architecture, TruePortal configuration, and developer training. Terry assisted in the upgrade to an AIX server with an Oracle 9i database backend and an Actuate 6 based reporting system which ran on a cluster of Windows 2000 servers. In 2004, they became the Director of Business Intelligence at Iconixx Software Corporation, where they focused on Data Integration and Reporting solutions for Compensation systems. Terry was also accomplished at integrating on-shore and off-shore teams to complete multiple projects simultaneously. From 2004-2006, they held various Senior Technical Consultant roles at Verizon Yellow Pages, Avaya, and Nokia, where they were responsible for data integration and reporting. From 2006-2009, they held similar roles at Sprint and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. At Nationwide Insurance, they were tasked to help the corporation document their existing compensation system and propose recommendations for upgrading or replacing it.

Terry Foster attended Maple Woods Community College from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts.
