Rick Regole

Rick Regole is the current President & CEO at Iconn Systems. Prior to this, they were the COO at R2M Holdings from December 2006 to December 2019. R2M's objective is to acquire and operate small to mid size manufacturing companies. The products are electro-mechanical in nature and lend themselves to multiple manufacturing channel's high mix and low volume in US and low mix and high volume in low cost areas such as Asia. Before that, they were with ICONN Systems, LLC and before that, Mechanical Products.

Rick Regole's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Roosevelt University.
