Earl Blasi II has worked in various roles since 2003. Earl began their career at AssetPoint as a Business Development Analyst, where they partnered on Tabware product developments and led branding efforts by attending tradeshows. Earl then moved to Taproot Foundation in 2008 as a Marketing & Branding Associate, where they conducted marketing audits and augmented their marketing and sales skills. In 2016, they joined Context Summits as an Account Manager, where they leveraged their sales acumen, superior relationship building skills, and marketing expertise to drive revenue and event participation for the growing startup. In 2017, they generated $2M in revenue and targeted to surpass $3M in 2018. In 2013, they became the Business Owner of Chateau Fido - The House of Dog. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of Sales at iConnections.

Earl Blasi II has a comprehensive educational background. Earl earned their MBA from Seton Hall University in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Business Certificate from Rutgers University - Newark in 2009. Earl's undergraduate studies were completed at King's College, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from 1999 to 2003, as well as a Marketing Certification from 1999 to 2003.
