Diana Svetlauskaite began their work experience in 2008 as an Entertainment Representative at WOW - World Of Wonders hotel. Diana then worked as a Marketing Manager at Aldeia dos Cavalos from February 2010 to May 2010, and as a Marketing Manager at Kartódromo de Viana from September 2011 to December 2011.

In 2013, Diana joined Qatar Airways as a Flight Attendant and worked there until October 2015. Diana then transitioned to a role at RE/MAX, where they served as a Sales Manager - Real Estate Agent from May 2016 to October 2018.

From February 2018 to March 2019, Diana worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at IconPeak, where they focused on identifying and closing opportunities with new clients. Diana also represented the company at industry events and trade shows. In March 2019, Diana was promoted to Head of Growth at IconPeak, where they have been responsible for opening and nurturing new business opportunities, executing the company's business strategy, and guiding the sales team.

Diana Svetlauskaite started their education journey in 2006 at Kauno Kolegija, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Diana completed their studies in 2009. Following this, they enrolled at VIA University College in 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Sales and Marketing Management in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Diana has undertaken several certification programs to enhance their skills. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy. In March 2022, they completed the Advanced - Adjust Solutions Partner Program offered by Adjust. Most recently, in March 2023, they received an AppsFlyer Essentials Certificate from AppsFlyer.
