Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar, MS, PhD, has extensive experience in clinical trial management and research, currently serving as a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON plc since November 2025. Previously, Amit held positions as a Sr Clinical Trial Lead and Clinical Trial Lead at IQVIA, managing global clinical operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while also overseeing study budgets and recruitment strategies. Prior roles include post-doctoral fellowships in oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Houston Methodist, and managing clinical research at Texas Heart Institute. Amit's academic background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Applied Life Science from CCS University and a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
