Daniel Dickerson

Daniel Dickerson, MD, PhD, FAAFP, is a Medical Director and Research Physician at ICON plc, where they have worked since 2014. They previously served as a Family Physician and Chief of Family Medicine at Lawrence Memorial Hospital from 2002 to 2014, and as a Family Physician at Shawnee Mission Medical Center from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their clinical roles, Daniel held a position as a Clinical Instructor for medical students at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2002 to 2015. Daniel has received several teaching awards, including the Preceptor of the Year from the Kansas University School of Medicine in 2012. They earned their MD from The University of Kansas and a PhD in Chemistry (Biochemistry) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
