Dave Pope

Dave Pope has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Dave currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at ICON plc since May 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at ERT from April 2019 to May 2020. From December 2011 to March 2019, they worked as the Head of Global Sales at Cmed Clinical Services. Before that, Dave held the position of Executive Director of Business Development at i3 Research from May 2009 to December 2011. Dave also worked at IQVIA for a significant portion of their career, where they held various roles including Director of Business Development from January 2008 to April 2009, Director of Sales from February 2003 to December 2008, and Project Manager from October 2000 to January 2003. Dave's earlier experience at IQVIA includes roles as Senior Regional Business Manager from April 1997 to March 2000, and as Senior Medical Sales Representative from September 1992 to March 1997.

Dave Pope attended The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1992, where they earned an IIi (Hons) degree in Chemistry. Prior to that, they attended St John Rigby Sixth Form College to study Chemistry.
